Adding Pin to the Map

We were trying to add a “pin” to a map on our contact page.
But for some reason, it won’t let us:

Hi there,

Please double check the Zoom level on the settings and that the Latitude and Longitude settings of the pin is correct. Also make sure that you have added these settings in the actual map marker and the google map element setting.
