Adding Other Plugin Code Snippets

I tried using the classic code snippet but it displays the plain text. When I add the code snippet from a plugin I’m using with the text field it displays the plugin but not correctly.

Is there a better way to add code snippets with the pro page builder? For example on my website currently I have a testimonial rotator plugin added in the mid body of the webpage. Its not displaying correctly, for example the author name should be underneath the testimony write up and the style is a little off. Is there existing code on the webpage that could be altering the way this is? I’ve reached out to that plugin designer but never heard anything back why it would not display correctly.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Try adding the code in the Classic Raw Content element and see if this resolves the issue. However I checked your site and I see you’re using cache plugin and the content is being served by the cache. This could be the cause too. Try clearing out your cache and see if this works.
