I was trying to add tidio.com chat system to the site . they have a code and instrutions :

but nothing is there in the footer .

Please guide me please. thanks

To add the custom script into the footer, I would suggest you use the plugin Insert Headers and Footers to inject the code.

If you have already added the code but still you are not able to see it, there might be some issue with the code provided by the tidio.com, I would suggest you to contact their support for further investigation.
