Adding header code to all pages excluding 1 page?

Hi there.

I need to add some javascript for a chatbox, but it must not appear on 1 page. Is there a way to exclude certain pages from this ‘sitewide’ code? If not, does anyone have a way I can achieve this?

My chat box needs to appear on all pages except this one:
