Adding google Ads via Adsense

Hi there,

I’ve created a few Adsense codes and tried to display them using Text boxes and copying the code into the HTML section of the edit with Pro function in X-theme. But they are not showing

The ads should appear above the first black box and at the top of the first black box and the footer of this page

can anyone help me?

Hi Chris,

Please try adding the codes in a Raw Content element.

Let us know how it goes.

While I do this, do you know how I can add html code inbetween my head tags in X-theme?

Apologies, I clearly had got ahead of myself. I have now successfully added the adsense link into my head via your other feeds https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/inserting-google-adsense-confirmation-code/18623/2?u=claywebdev and I am now awaiting for confirmation from google adsense that I can publish ads.

I’ll let you know how i get on.

Hi Chris,

Once Google approves you, you can then start adding Ads unit on your site. You can use the Widget Text on the Sidebar or the RAW Content element on the content.

Thanks Friech,

I’ve added the header text using the plugin headers and footers and I’ve added the ad into a raw content section in the first row of the main page.

Hopefully it may come live overnight
