Adding Featured Image

In my recents posts feed, my images don’t show. I’ve read where I need to add a featured image, but I’m not given that option when I create a new post. Only a regular image or a cover. What am I doing wrong?

Please edit the post and under Document > Featured Image you can set the featured image.
