Adding Email Form To Blog Posts

I’m using the “email form” plugin that comes with x-theme/cornerstone. I’d like to implement the form into the bottom of all my blog posts. I can’t do it from the cornerstone creator - how would I do it?

If you would like to use Cornerstone to add forms to blog posts then please use the generated Shortcode from X > Email Forms and then use Text or Raw content element.
