Please look @ the link below - as you can see they add changing promotional text per product below/next to the price - how can we implement this on our site?

Regretfully, there’s currently no option in our theme that could add information in the area you described. This would require WooCommerce custom development which is outside the scope of our support. You will need to consult a WooCommerce expert for this.
