Adding custom phone number to header protrusion

I am trying to add a drop box / phone number to the walston timber frame site (walstontimberframe.com) like this other website core23biobank.com (image below) where it pops out and says start your enrollment, and cant seem to figure it out. Help is appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for writing in! I could not check your referenced site as the access has been limited.

Basically you can utilize your Top bar to add your own custom HTML. Head over to X -> Theme Options -> Header and enable Topbar. Then you can add your HTML to your Topbar content area.
