Adding contact form 7 breaks my page

Hi, I’m trying to add a contact form at the end of my page but when I do it breaks the rest of the page. All the sections disappear all the formatting and structure is gone just the images and text remains. As soon as I take the form out the page works fine. I have tried both the form integration element and the classic CF7 element.
I have the under construction plugin activated so to see what going on let me know what IP to whitelist. CF7 says the form is OK but it still breaks my page.
Any suggestions thoughts?

I would suggest you use the Text or Raw Content element to add the Contact Form 7 shortcode and check if that works for you. If that does not work, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

  1. Theme Related Issue
  2. Plugin Conflict
  3. Theme Update related issue
  4. Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it.
  5. CSS/JS Customization
  6. Disabling Cache
  7. Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Please remember that we are from different parts of the World and most of us have a dynamic IP so we can’t provide a specific IP address. I would like to request you remove the IP(s) restrictions or you can copy your live site to a staging server without IP restrictions, so we could troubleshoot into your staging site.

Thanks Peter, I have managed to fix the issue it was a html tag in the CF7 code that I left unclosed.
