Adding code to header and footer

Hi there,
On my site taylorandtessier.com I’d like to add some Google Tag Manager code to my header and footer. I know I will do this via the Child theme but I am not sure what structure to use. There are multiple header and footer files under both Cranium and Views.

Can you please advise as to what the correct file to edit and the file structure for both the header and footer on this site?
