Adding code snippet just after </head>

Hi - I need to add a small PHP function just after the closing <head> tag.

If interested, the code is:

<?php flush(); ?>

Please can you advise how best to achieve this?

Thank you for writing in, since you already have the child theme, you can follow the method provided here.
