“Paste the embed code just before the closing tag of your website template file.”

Please how can I achieve this?

To insert a script just before closing the body tag. If that is the case, you can add the code using any of the free plugins from the WordPress repository. Please find the article on how to add the code in header & footer and also the plugin that helps you.

I checked your site it seems that there are JS console errors, it might be due to plugin conflict or JS customization error just because your other code is not working properly. Please have a look at the screenshot in the secure note.

I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache
5. Child Theme
