Adding background image to section on this page

Say, for some reason there is not a place to add a background image to a section. I have a row with a left and right but unable to put an image behind for the hole section.

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the Advance Mode is not enabled in your page builder, please go to the Preferences and enable the Advance Mode to get those options.
