Adding background image to section instead of row

Hey is there something extra I’m not doing to add a background image to a section instead of a row?

I’m trying to apply the .bottomhomepage class I made with the background url to the this section (http://prntscr.com/nb7qh0) of dev.valeonetworks.com

I can see it being applied but there is no image. When I add the class to a row the image shows up no problem. Is there something I’m missing?

Hi Ryan,

Thanks for writing in! You don’t need any custom CSS rules to add a background image into your Cornerstone sections. First, head over to your Cornerstone settings,

Then make sure to enable Advanced Mode under the Preferences tab and save the changes.

Now you can select your Cornerstone section, click on the Advanced checkbox and set your background image (you can use background lower layer).

Hope that helps.

Oh didn’t know about the advanced section, thanks!

You’e welcome. Glad we’re able to help.
