Adding a template to the header from library

Hi Guys…

Looking everywhere to see what I’m missing, but I’ll have to ask here. I’m trying to add a header template from the Library (Gridorama: Delectable Donuts). I click add, and then I get the prompt that says it was added; however, nothing appears in the header. I just have the same 3 options appearing in the header (From scratch, template, clone existing)

There is no response for the footer either. Body templates insert just fine.

Hi @warwebdesigns,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked by adding templates to the Header and Footer in my local environment and it worked perfectly fine. To make sure what exactly happening at your end, we need to investigate it through the WordPress admin dashboard. I would suggest you, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Added secure note to previous response.

OK, great. Then I’m obviously missing a step. Can you point me to step by step instructions?

Hello @warwebdesigns,

You need to follow these steps

  1. Go to the Dashboard —>Click on the Cornerstone
  2. Scroll down and select any of the Header
  3. Click on the plus icon of the Container to add the element Gridorama preset.

Please make sure you have imported the template file of the Gridorama.

Hope it helps
Thanks
