Adding a sidebar to a layout blog page

Hi guys! Just updated the theme and it’s amazing!
I’m working on a site and want to add a sidebar to the Layout page and couldn’t figure it out

Can you help? What do I do?
I’ll add a secure note with username/passowrd in case needed

Thanks for writing in! To add a sidebar to your layout, please edit your single post layout and in the builder, insert a “Widget Area” element. You can then select which sidebar area you would like to display. To add widgets to your main sidebar area, please go to Appearance > Widgets.
