Added Row Columns and Not Displaying Basic html after update to Pro 2.3.1

Hello.

I recently updated 3 of my sites to Pro 2.3.1 and many of my rows now have added empty columns, as well as simple html (such as <table>, <em>, <strong> etc) is getting an error that it cannot be displayed but will be displayed on the front end.

Assistance is greatly appreciated.

That column setup isn’t possible, from which version you have updated it from? I’m not really sure what’s happening on that page, I can’t provide any insight or advice based on the screenshot.

Would you mind providing your site’s URL and admin login credentials in a secure note?

And it’s best to restore your site to when it still working, then clone that live site to staging (development copy). And do and test the update there. This way, it’s easy to compare what’s changed and went wrong.

And for cloning, I recommend using All in one migration plugin and export your site as a file, then import it to another installation (staging) using the same plugin. Again, do the cloning after the live one is restored.
