Added Hide in Class, cant undo

I added Hide in the Class section of some of my sections, becouse the webside had to go live yet i wasnt finished.
A few weeks later, the sections are still there but invisible, yet in the “class” row there is no “hide” written, i have no clue how to undo it, making the section visible again for me to work on it.
i tried writing in “show” in the Class Row, that didnt work.

Basicly my goal is as stated, to make the section i hided visible again
Thanks for your help

Hello @Skarsnik1,

Thanks for asking.

Under Section > Customize make sure hide during breakpoints are unchecked. https://screencast.com/t/jSCP7APv

Thanks.

both the Section and the row are unchecked. Still cant see anything =/

Hi there,

Please also check the Hide Based on Screen Width option in the Row settings it might be hidden because the options are enabled there.

In case the section is still not visible, please provide us the URL of the page you are working on so that we can check it.

Thank you.

as Stated, i did my best to check, as far as i know … neither in the Section nor in the row i can see the CSS Hide or the hide based on screen width seems enabled.

The URL is: http://test.fitnesstraum-frickenhausen.de/

Thank you

Hi there,

Based on the code, there are several sections on the homepage that have the hide class.

Would you mind providing the admin details of your site in a Secure Note so that we can check the page on Cornerstone?

Thank you.

that is basicly what i said, its just that (as u can see in the picture) the class slot is empty (in that case there is show couse i tried if that might help).
i typed in hide, i cant undo it… as the title says.

how can i provide u with the details without anyone knowing?

Add the logins as a Secure Note which is the key icon under you replies.

Thank you.

there you have it

Hi there,

There are 4 section that still have the hide class in them that’s why they are showing.

Please check the following and remove the class so that they will be visible.

Hope this helps.

why cant i see the section “map”

Hello There,

Your map section is not showing because the map element has a hide class.

By the way, when adding several classes, please just leave an empty space between them. The semicolon is not helping and will even create issues. I already remove it and the map section is now showing. The map itself is not displaying properly because it needs a Google Map API key first. You must generate a key and supply it to the map element. To know more how you can obtain the API key, please check this out:

Hope this helps.

tahnks for your advice, i will not use semicolons again.

Now if i go to the Page it is visible that there is a Map section (as u stated becouse of the missing API, not working) but when i try to edit the page through cornerstone this happens

the URL to this is the following : http://test.fitnesstraum-frickenhausen.de/contact-2

when accepting, the map is not showing, nor is in the Class section anything i can change (like removing a Hide) couse it is not showing

Did you edit the page outside of Cornerstone? I tried going into Cornerstone and the builder’s data is still there. You can switch to Skeleton mode to check all of the elements in that page. Then, add your map’s API key.

Thanks.

Yes i edited … basicly i searched in the Text “hide” and deleted it … hats what i did …
how can i change it ? so i wont recieve the msg?

Hi there,

If you created a using Cornerstone, you should not edit it through using the text editor as that would break the serialize data that Cornerstone uses for the pages and you might lose the work done on the page.

What you can do now is to try editing the page back in Cornerstone and saving it. If the data on the page is still intact, you should be able to see the page contents and it would be converted back to Cornerstone page and you will not get the warning message.
