Add user for access to Themeco for access to support

Hi team,

I am going on maternity leave and have someone covering me. I need to give her access to the forum, docs, etc. so that she can access the support she needs to continue to develop our sites, but I don’t want to give her access to my Themeco account, as she only needs access for 2 of the sites I manage.

Is there a way to get her access to Themeco so she can send support questions, see docs and content?

Hi Ashley,

You can transfer two licenses assigned to those two sites to her for further development. Please unlock the Licenses from your account dashboard and then you can ask her to create a new account with the License key in place of the Purchase code or it to her existing account.
