Add to Wishlist goes to blank page

Hi there, I am really not sure if this is an issue for you but I would be really grateful if you would have a look and see if it is something that is influenced by X, particularly the latest upgrade as the problem has occurred recently.

I have woocommerce wishlists on my site. My problem is that when you click the add to wishlist button on a product, instead of doing what the product is set to do, which is stay on the product page it redirects to a blank page. The only way to get out of that is to use your back button on the browser which of course many users will be confused by. The product does in fact get added properly to a wishlist but I need to stop this blank page issue.

Could you take a look? Try this product - just select the variation options and the wishlist button at the bottom will be active: https://bespoke-weddingrings.com/shop/mens/18-carat-yellow-gold-mens-court-profile-wedding-band/

I’ll add my log in details in a private note.

Hello @AppellaGW,

Thanks for asking.

I tried to add the product in wishlist and upon clicking Add to wish list button it does points to a blank page. Just checking at the version of WooCommerce you are using, I see that you are using a version 3.3.4 that at the moment is not supported. I checked our version compatibility guide and as of today we support WooCommerce version 3.3.3. Can you please downgrade to WooCommerce 3.3.3 and see how it goes.

At the same time, please try for plugin conflict by deactivating all plugins except Cornerstone and WooCommerce and activate one at a time to narrow it down.

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks.

Thanks Prasant, it’s fixed. It was a plug in conflict (styles for Gravity Forms which is a bit of a pain anyway). Woocommerce downgrade didn’t make a difference so that’s ok.

Knew I should have asked you guys earlier  :

Glad to hear that the problem is resolved now.
