Thank you for the very detailed post information. Regretfully what you want to do requires custom coding which is beyond the scope of our support. You may need to contact 3rd party developer to be able to accomplish the animation that you wanted. In the meantime, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products and enable the add to cart behavior.

What you are expecting is required customization, I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where the customization questions are answered.
