How can a team member or client add an account to use support for a theme?
It asks user for a license which I gave them and it is not allowing them to create the account.

Thanks for writing to us.
You need to transfer the license key first, in order to transfer the License, you need to unlock the License from the existing account dashboard and add into to your other account. Now you can use the license key to register a new account.
