Add rating to blog post without Cornerstone

HI all. I use the standard wordpress editor for my posts as it’s quicker than the Cornerstone builder. That said, Cornerstone has more elements. Is there a way to add the star counter to wordpress without using Cornerstone? I’ve written lots of reviews and would like to add in some star visual ratings. Thanks!
