Add Patreon to Social Icons in Header/Footer

Hi All,

I’d like to add Patreon as one of the icons displayed in the header & footer of my site using the Integrity Stack. As far as I can tell, I’d have to try to either hack one of the existing social platforms that are available already… or try some CSS/JS code to insert what I want.

Has anyone else done this? Or have any other ideas?

Thanks!
