Add or Move 'proceed to checkout' above basket totals - Cart Page

How can I add in addition to the existing ‘proceed to checkout’ button a second version of it above the ‘basket totals’ but below the itinerary of the order on the cart page?

Having the button at the very bottom of the page on its own means that it is often missed on a mobile.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. If you’re not comfortable making changes yourself then you may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
