It´s an frustrating thing inside the Pro theme. I using 3.1.2 at this time and the options “noopener, noreferrer” for links are just missing.
I saw in your Changelog that you added this for non SSL-Sites. Thats ok, but not an solution. Google wants this entries also on HTTPS only sites!
Lighthouse is showing an error because of this!

Our non-Classic elements now has a Custom Attribute option under the Customize tab in the element’s navigation. This means you can add rel="noopener noreferrer to the Social element. Check out the element setup and the HTML output in the follow screenshot.
