Is there a way to add a administrator to my account ?

Login to admin panel, Browse to Users >> Add New and select Administrator role to add administrator.

Sorry if I wasnt clear on my question. 
I wanted to set up on of my team as an administrator that can deal with hosting or support questions etc. Is that possible?

Unfortunately that’s not possible. You can only have one account with one pair of access credentials.
