Hello,
I’ using x theme,
About menu icons, I want to use a icon that does not exist in drop list. How can add a new icon?

Adding a new icon that, that’s not on the lists would require a customization. Regretfully, customization is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.
