Add My Account link to the header

What is the best way to add the My Account icon/link to the menu builder? Do I simply add a custom icon and attach the URL to it?

Do you know why the My Account page is laid out like this? http://odettel.sg-host.com/my-account/

I have turned on the No Container, Header and Footer setting, but it still seems way off the default layout for My Account.

The basket and checkout pages are also way off: http://odettel.sg-host.com/basket/ - http://odettel.sg-host.com/checkout/

I have used the Container, Header and Footer template here.

It looks as if some default CSS is not being loaded by the theme? You will see from the Inspector that I have not added any custom CSS for these pages.

I built another site with Pro earlier this year and did not encounter this layout issue, so any advice would be great.

It seems that a pre formatted tag is added, and that is the reason behind your issue. There might a different reason for that, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues on this.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Child Theme Related issue
3.CSS/JS Customization
