Add link to specific page using "Custom Attributes"

Is it possible to add a link to a specific page on my site via an icon in header pro using the custom attributes?

The icon element does not have an option where you can add a link. Your best way to add an icon with a link and with a custom attribute is to use a BUTTON element instead. You can disable the text setup and enable the graphic setup for the button so that there is a button link and only the icon will display. Now, it the button link, you can delegate a custom attribute as a custom link by using the dynamic content.
