Add link to headline graphic image?

I’m trying to figure out how to have multiple images, each with text underneath that stays with the image on resizing.

A headline makes the most sense to me, but I’m not sure how make the image link to another page. I’m attaching two examples:

4 columns (headlines with graphic image).

2 rows/2 columns (image with headline underneath):

Thanks for reaching out.

Do you mean to link the entire block (image and title)? That’s not possible with separated elements.

How about adding it as a button? then change its style by removing the border and shadow (so it wouldn’t look like a button). Then enable it’s primary graphics and upload its image.

And last, add its text and link.

You can do the same for every column.
