Add link in landmark header

Hello,

I wanted to turn the landmark header (h-landmark) into a link.

I followed the instructions in this link but it did not work: https://theme.co/apex/forums/topic/clickable-heading-in-landmark-header

Can you help me about this?

In blog posts, I see that he is duplicating the H1 tag for the h-landmark and the title of the post. Would I have to remove H1 from h-landmark and keep H1 only in the title of the post? This is better for SEO.

Thank you.

Hi Andersonosn,

Thank you for writing in, while that is outside the scope of support, I could point you in the right direction with the understanding that it would ultimately be your responsibility to take it from here.

The template file that you need to edit is the _landmark-header.php it is located under \wp-content\themes\pro\framework\legacy\cranium\headers\views\renew directory. Copy that file to your child theme with the same directory path, create the directory on your child theme if it does not exist.

Hope it helps,
Cheers!
