When editing a post using cornerstone the “+” for adding an image no longer launches the media library. This was working fine yesterday and there have been no updates since then. 
It looks like it was a caching issue on my computer as it worked on another one OK.

Thanks for writing in! Most common causes are caching related or 3rd party plugin related. We do recommend to disable your caching while you’re developing your site.
If you’re still having issues, try disabling your 3rd party plugins and test your issue again.
