Add header to my contact form

Hey there,
I got a plugin that adds a contact form based on gavityforms to y website. However this is not gravityforms, but a plugin that makes use of the backend of gravity forms.
The problem is, that it this form can’t be added to a normal wordpress. I would need to use an iframe for that, as the developer stated.
Is it possible to add my normal wordpress header to the contact form here? I got the option to add custom html, js and css

to the page.

Hi There,

Could you please try creating a page with the Blank - No Container | Header, Footer?

Then create a full width section contains the raw content element and add the embed code of the contact form to the raw content element.

Let us know how it goes!

Thank you, where can I get the embed code? As I said, the developer told me, that the contactform that this plugin is giving out, could only be added via an iframe. Thanks for your help

Ok So I added the html of the contact form, now there are some problems, like doubled header tags etc and one little issue with two input fields

Can you clarify the issue in more detail please.

The only difference I see is that on: https://www.blitzerhelden24.de/kostenlose-pruefung-bussgeldbescheids/ you have a header while on : https://www.blitzerhelden24.de/lastform/1 you dont.
