I remember doing this once with a code I found here if I remember correctly, and have searched throughout but can’t find it now. I want to add an excerpt to Masonry mode blog index on Ethos, like it shows on Standard (to show underneath the featured image). Is this possible with a snippet of code you might be able to provide? Thank you for a very detailed post information. The masonry layout does not have an excerpt. Regretfully adding an excerpt may destroy the masonry layout. It may lead to unordered post items and will no longer align each of the post items. This is also considered a custom modification for the Ethos Blog layout because it requires recoding of the masonry layout and the styling for the outcome of the masonry blog layout.
