Add Estimation Form to Header

Using a Content Area Modal, I am trying to add a Form Estimation to the header as a button and a floating window.

Currently it does not load how Estimation Form Displays, but instead with all the questions and messages displayed.

I have zoomed out to show the whole box on the screen in this image, as you can see everything is broken.

Did you have any cache plugins installed in your website?

Please try clearing all the cache and check again. Also try testing a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If it still doesn’t work, would you mind providing us with login credentials(by clicking on the Secure Note button at the bottom) so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Its currently offline build,
Once I put it online I can send through the details.

However
It does display correctly in a section, using the element.
It also displayss correctly when I use the shortcode in a text box element.

Its just not in the content area box in the header. which makes me believe its a conflict between the header and the shortcode.

Please send us the details when you live your site. We really need to check before give you a proper answer.
It may be the CSS conflict, needs to confirm.
