How can I add an E-Mail form (from the E-mail form plug in) to one of my sections?

You can use the Email form short-code and then add the same in Text or Raw Content element to display forms. You can get the short-code from Pro > Email Forms. https://cl.ly/0G2M3M1L1Q07
