Add Custom post type to Classic feature box dropdown list

HI All,
I’m building a site using the X theme Ethos style in Cornerstone.

One of my pages is a whole list of posts which I have customised and called them ‘Workshops’.

I now wanted to have a feature box on the home page from these WORKSHOPS - When you select the dropdown menu for the source of these posts the options are, POSTS and PORTFOLIO.

Does anyone know how i can add my new custom post type WORKSHOPS to this dropdown list?

Would be massively appreciated!

Thanks for asking!
If you have built the homepage using cornerstone, we are really sorry, unfortunately there is no option to retrive custom post type content to a feature box in cornerstone.
That feature need custom development which is out of our theme support scope.
Please take help from a developer to do this.
