Add Columns Inside Footer Container

The image above is an expression of what I want to achieve.

Everything is set except that I am having a tough time figuring how I can add “2 Columns” inside the container.

The first column would have 3 lines of text; that should be 3 roles inside the first column.

The second column would carry a button element.

I know how to go about everything except inserting the columns inside the container.

As you can see, I added a green background colour + image to the container.

This container is inside a footer.

Hi Barry,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Currently there is no way to add columns in a container directly. The layout you have can be achieved with a container too. You can add a new container and add Text element and a Button element. They will be added in a row by default.

Another way is to use Global Blocks (see https://theme.co/docs/global-blocks), you can create a Global Block with 2 columns layout and add it in a container as an element. Now your container will have 2 columns inside.

I know I can achieve that layout by adding two containers. The problem with that method is that I won’t be able to get that green coloured shape.

Hello Barry,

If you want the green background, you can try looking into the Column shortcode but this will still require some more customization to achieve what you are trying to do since that is not natively supported in the builders.

Please also note that implementing anything that is not available out of the box goes beyond the scope of our support as it will involve some more customization.
