Cloudflare gives you a JS snippet to add to the site html files but I cannot find where I should insert it in theme editor.

Thanks for writing in! We highly recommend that you install the “Insert Headers and Footers” plugin. Once installed, simply go to Settings > Insert Headers and Footers > Footer and then this is where you can insert the given JS code from Cloudflare.
