It seems that the plugin Javascript file is not loaded.
Although I am seeing this banner above your post but, I am not certain if it is the banner ads you are expecting:
In case you are still having problem with the ad plugin, it would be best to get in touch with the plugin author about it but if you have the instructions on how to integrate the plugin to your site, kindly provide us that info so that we could provide some suggestion.
