Hello, I would like to know how to add the author name in the recent posts shortcode.

Regretfully, there is no such option to add an Author name in the Recent Post shortcode. I would suggest you go through the available options of the shortcode in the following documentation.

Alternatively, I would suggest you use the most recent option Looper Provider of the updated version of the theme and the Dynamic Content tag . I have tried to create a similar structure in the local environment, please find the video explaining the settings and structure used.
