Add a page with cornerstone in WP

How and where do I add a page with Cornerstone? If I add a page in WP and edit with cornerstone, some options like adding a BG image are missing.

Hi @Goodside,

When you add a new page, there is a Edit with Cornerstone button on the top, you just need to click on this button then you can edit that page with Cornerstone:

It might be the Advanced Mode has been turned off. Please navigate to X > Settings > Permissions > User Preferences > Advanced Mode > select Always On:
