Add a link to navigation menu or redirect the page to another site

How can I ad a link to the navigation menu item or redirect when you click the page title in the navigation it go’s to another website.

May I know which menu item? If you’re just linking a URL, you can add a custom menu item.

You don’t have to add the page as a menu item if you intend to link it to different URLs.
