Add 3rd menu location in X Integrity stack

Hi,

I’m trying to essentially do what the guy in this thread was trying to do years ago: https://theme.co/apex/forums/topic/additional-menu-locations/

However, those instructions no longer work.

Can you help me add a 3rd menu location that’s a topbar menu? I already have the x-child-theme installed.
