Actual page URL doesn't work - unknown one does?

Hi, I’ve added a page on my website where customers can access our ‘customer portal’ the page in question is:

https://www.paynetworx.co.uk/customer-portal/

However…for some reason this doesn’t work…but if I use the URL:

https://www.paynetworx.co.uk/customer-portal-2/

…This works…but I don’t have a page titled ‘customer-portal-2’ - the customer page in my website is titled: ‘customer-portal’

…any ides?
