ActiveCampaign optin code no longer working on mobile view after update

My pages look perfect on a desktop but when viewed on a mobile - they no longer show the option box code for collecting emails - instead they show a load of code and then the page corrupts and doubles up - all pages on all websites - I have clients wanting me to fix this! I have no idea what to do… Here is an example - https://happyhormonesforlife.com/book/ - the page has doubled and shows code…

I checked your given page URL. It seems that it is working fine at my end and for email form is also working fine on the phone. I checked in iPhone 7 plus both the browser chrome and safari. I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again. If the issue still persists please let us know with marking screenshot.
