Activation does not work

I add the activation code and it says it completed, but then reloads and says it is not activated.
I cleared the browser cache as well as tried a different browser. Still the same problem.
When I check the licenses in the portal I can see the site there. bbbsmchenry.org is the site.
Please let me know what the next steps are.

I was able to fix this by deleting the license and then adding it back.
