Activate X Pro -

I’ve purchased X pro, uploaded the zip file but an error comes up right away and can’t access WordPress at all. Safari automatically unzips zip files from Safari, so I’ve had to compress it again into a zip file to upload onto WP. Not sure if that is the problem. Not sure what to do now.

Got a message from WP re: error:

Error Details

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 40 of the file /home/mmcfinan/public_html/wp-content/themes/pro-2/cornerstone/includes/classes/Util/IocContainer.php. Error message: Call to undefined method ReflectionParameter::hasType()

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems the PHP version is the reason behind your issue, I would suggest you upgrade the PHP version to 7.4 by contacting your Hosting Service provider and check if that issue resolves or not. After the update of the PHP version to 7.4 please remove and upload the Pro once again.
If that does not resolve your issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
